  I understand that Party Blast deploys the use of hidden seed records and other technologies to detect all unauthorized usage of its copyrighted data and prosecutes all violations to the fullest extend of the law. Statutory damages are set out in 17 U.S.C. § 504 of the U.S. Code, with damages for willful infringement up to $150,000 per violation.
