During the purchase process, credit card numbers are submitted directly to the credit card merchant provider for processing. Users: Use of the Party Blast site is completely voluntary. Users can choose to visit individual Vendor websites or call individual Vendors. In these cases, this is considered direct contact and is outside of the Party Blast Privacy Policy. A User may also optionally choose to use any of the electronic contact forms provided by Party Blast to receive further information from selected Vendors. When filling out any of these electronic contact forms, some pieces of information are mandatory, as they are critical to allowing a Vendor to provide the User with further information. Other pieces of information are optional, meaning the User can choose whether or not they want to provide this information. Party Blast may also collect information about how Vendors and Users use our website, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the website or the domains from which Vendors or Users originate. How We Use Information Vendors: Party Blast may contact you via any of the contact methods you have provided with information regarding your listing, products or services you may have purchased, or other promotions from Party Blast. Per CAN-SPAM regulations, all promotional emails will include a link to opt out of future promotions. Alternatively, you may contact us to opt out. Certain emails that relate to a Vendor's listing are considered transactional in nature, as they may be critical to the continued listing of a Vendor's business, and therefore cannot be opted out. Vendor participation in the Party Blast directory is completely optional and a Vendor may request that their listing be deleted at anytime by contacting us. To prevent fraudulent requests, all requests to be deleted must be verified by the Vendor. Users: Party Blast may contact you via any of the contact methods you have provided through use of the electronic contact forms provided by Party Blast with information regarding your information request, your experience with the website, or other promotions from Party Blast. Per CAN-SPAM regulations, all promotional emails will include a link to opt out of future promotions. Alternatively, you may contact us to opt out. Certain emails that relate to a User's information request are considered transactional in nature, as they may be critical to receiving a response from Vendors, and therefore cannot be opted out. Use of the Party Blast directory is completely optional and a User may choose not to provide any of their information to Party Blast for distribution to Vendors. As necessary to contact you for transactional or promotional purposes, your information may be shared with Party Blast's technology providers or other agents.
