This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Intelligence, Inc. ("Party Blast") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information collected from vendors on this website (each, a "Vendor", collectively the "Vendors") and users of this website (each, a "User", collectively the "Users").

Party Blast has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your online protection. Each Vendor's and User's privacy is very important to Party Blast and we are committed to safeguarding the information provided to us.

Information We Collect

Vendors: Listing a business in the Party Blast directory is completely voluntary. Vendors are under no obligation to list their business with Party Blast. Some pieces of information are mandatory, as they are critical to establishing a Vendor profile on Party Blast. Other pieces of information are optional, meaning the Vendor can choose whether they want to add this information to their listing. Credit card numbers, when used to upgrade a Vendor's listing or to purchase any other product or service through Party Blast, are not seen, stored, or saved by Party Blast in any form. During the purchase process, credit card numbers are submitted directly to the credit card merchant provider for processing.

Users: Use of the Party Blast site is completely voluntary. Users can choose to visit individual Vendor websites or call individual Vendors. In these cases, this is considered direct contact and is outside of the Party Blast Privacy Policy. A User may also optionally choose to use any of the electronic contact forms provided by Party Blast to receive further information from selected Vendors. When filling out any of these electronic contact forms, some pieces of information are mandatory, as they are critical to allowing a Vendor to provide the User with further information. Other pieces of information are optional, meaning the User can choose whether or not they want to provide this information.

Party Blast may also collect information about how Vendors and Users use our website, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the website or the domains from which Vendors or Users originate. We may use "cookies" to track how Vendors use our website. A cookie is a piece of software that a web server can store on the Vendor's or User's computer and use to identify them should they visit the website again and allows us to know how often a particular person visits our website and what pages they may visit while there. Cookies are an industry standard and can be found at most major websites. Party Blast will never use cookies to retrieve information from your computer that was not originally sent in a cookie. This information enables us to generate content on web pages specifically designed for that Vendor or User, and to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purposes. While not all of the information that we collect from users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that Vendors or Users provide us through our website.

Party Blast may employ the use of 3rd party ad tracking systems on Vendors and Users in order to promote Party Blast and related products or services on 3rd party sites. This does not include personally identifiable information.

Party Blast may also collect information that is given voluntarily through responses to surveys, questionnaires, or other promotions. This information will be used to help us improve our products and services and the operations of the website.

How Information is Used

Vendors: Information provided by Vendors when establishing a listing on Party Blast is provided with the understanding that this information will be made vailable for public viewing on the website. Information will be publicly available to all Users of the site, in order to achieve the site's goal of connecting Users with Vendors. Certain elements of information may be concealed in order to prevent automated scripts from harvesting information from our website. For example, email addresses are commonly not exposed, and phone numbers are commonly not exposed without taking an intermediate step. Users may contact Vendors directly in response to the information they have posted in their listing on Party Blast. Party Blast cannot be held responsible or liable for how individual Users may use information provided by Party Blast once it is in their possession, as Party Blast is simply passing that information along.

Users: Information provided by Users when visiting Party Blast is provided with the understanding that this information will be distributed to Vendors who may be capable of servicing the needs of the User. Information may be distributed to multiple Vendors, in order to achieve the site's goal of connecting Users with Vendors. No information provided by Users will be publicly displayed anywhere on the Party Blast website. It will only be sent electronically via email to Vendors or available for web-based viewing through the Vendor's password protected vendor area. Vendors may contact Users directly in response to the information they submitted through Party Blast. Party Blast cannot be responsible or liable for how individual Vendors may use information provided by Party Blast once it is in their possession, as Party Blast is simply passing that information along.

How We Use Information

Vendors: Party Blast may contact you via any of the contact methods you have provided with information regarding your listing, products or services you may have purchased, or other promotions from Party Blast. Per CAN-SPAM regulations, all promotional emails will include a link to opt out of future promotions. Alternatively, you may contact us to opt out. Certain emails that relate to a Vendor's listing are considered transactional in nature, as they may be critical to the continued listing of a Vendor's business, and therefore cannot be opted out. Vendor participation in the Party Blast directory is completely optional and a Vendor may request that their listing be deleted at anytime by contacting us. To prevent fraudulent requests, all requests to be deleted must be verified by the Vendor.

Users: Party Blast may contact you via any of the contact methods you have provided through use of the electronic contact forms provided by Party Blast with information regarding your information request, your experience with the website, or other promotions from Party Blast. Per CAN-SPAM regulations, all promotional emails will include a link to opt out of future promotions. Alternatively, you may contact us to opt out. Certain emails that relate to a User's information request are considered transactional in nature, as they may be critical to receiving a response from Vendors, and therefore cannot be opted out. Use of the Party Blast directory is completely optional and a User may choose not to provide any of their information to Party Blast for distribution to Vendors.

As necessary to contact you for transactional or promotional purposes, your information may be shared with Party Blast's technology providers or other agents.

Party Blast may also use information collected through our website for research regarding the effectiveness of the website and the marketing, advertising, and sales efforts of Party Blast and its partners and affiliates.

How Information is Shared

This information may include, but is not necessarily limited to, email address, phone number, and mailing address. All 3rd party promotions are carefully selected to ensure they are relevant and valuable to the Vendor. Per CAN-SPAM regulations, all 3rd party promotional emails will include a link to opt out of future 3rd party promotions. Alternatively, you may contact us to opt out. Vendor participation in the Party Blast directory is completely optional and a Vendor may request that their listing be deleted at anytime by contacting us. Party Blast may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Vendors and Users. Party Blast may transfer information collected from Vendors and Users in connection with a sale of Party Blast’s business.

Party Blast reserves the right to collect and share billing and shipping addresses for fraudulent credit card transactions for fraud prevention purposes.

Party Blast may share your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Party Blast may share your information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Party Blast's terms of service, or as otherwise required by law.

At Party Blast, our policy is to affiliate with 3rd party companies whose content is void of all hate, racial, or sexual material and/or references. If we are made aware of such content on any affiliated site, the site will be removed from the Party Blast website. Party Blast prohibits minors from submitting personally identifiable contact information through Party Blast without prior parental consent. Party Blast is not responsible for the child protection policies on 3rd party sites.

By visiting our website, you are agreeing to the collection and use of this information by Party Blast. If at any time our Privacy Policy changes, those changes will be posted here so all Vendors and Users are aware of the changes.
